Elara Voss

Hi, I’m Nikki, a treatment-based massage practitioner

Elara Voss
I've been a licensed massage therapist since 2008. Before opening Knotti Kneads, I worked in spa settings, physical therapy clinics, and sports performance facilities, alongside physical therapists, physicians, and professional athletes. That foundation shaped how I work: systematically, intentionally, and always with your outcome in mind.

I started Knotti Kneads as a mobile business in 2011 because I believed quality bodywork should meet you where you are. By 2016, the demand was real enough to open a studio and I've been building it into something I'm genuinely proud of ever since.

Every session here is built around a clear goal: less restriction, better range of motion, and fewer "same pain, different day" patterns. I'm not just working out knots I'm helping you understand your body better and move with more confidence.

Philosophy

The heart behind the work

01

Results you can feel

Every session is built around a clear outcome: less restriction, better range of motion, and fewer “same pain, different day” patterns—using treatment that supports functional movement, fascia health, and neuromuscular precision.

02

Recovery as a routine

Consistent care matters. Treatment-based bodywork is most effective when it supports your regular training, work life, and preventative wellness plan—so mobility optimization and injury prevention become part of your routine, not just a reaction.

03

Whole-body thinking

Pain doesn't always show up where the problem is. I assess how your body moves, compensates, and holds tension to address the root cause.

Partnered care

This is not a one-way appointment. I listen, explain what I’m finding, and guide you toward choices that support long-term progress.
